Advanced Series


If you’re well-versed in kettlebell skills and have built a set of calluses, the advanced program is for you. We ask that you are comfortable with kettlebell snatching, can do a wide array of movements with double bells (including double cleans) and can perform a Turkish Get Up. Pull ups and chin ups are given as options in the advanced program, as well as double kettlebell swings, jerks, push presses, windmills and bent presses.

All advanced program classes follow a specific cadence, requiring repetition of each class twice (directions are given in the program description). Most advanced programs last 10-12 weeks on a x3-4 day-per-week session cadence and cover total body strength. All advanced programs are available via .pdf document (not by video)

After completing all advanced series programs, move on to PROGRAM 7: Strength and Power 2 (2022) or the current Bells Up Studio mixed-level program.
