Bells Up Gym

Team Bells Up Gym blends the education and accountability of personal training with the team feel of group classes.

Bells Up Gym is strength + hypertrophy + conditioning group program (we all do the same training plan) that progresses over the course of a 12-week cycle. We use a variety of gym equipment, including optional barbells.

Modifications are given for all movements to make them kettlebell or bodyweight only, so if barbell work is not for you or you don’t have access to a gym, you can still join this program.

Bells Up Gym is an advanced-level program (barbell and/or lifting experience required) and can be joined every quarter for complete cycle (12 weeks).

We are in open enrollment for our SPRING ‘26 Combination Training Cycle through APRIL 26th 2026.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Bells Up Gym is $225 per cycle ($75 each month).

  • Access to kettlebells, dumbbells, ab roller, and optional barbell; gym access is a win as we use a variety of gym machines.

  • Previous experience with kettlebells required (if you’re an absolute beginner, complete the Bells Up Studio Beginner Program before joining). Barbell and/or lifting experience required (not a beginner-level program).

  • Yes! Many movement patterns include options for substitutions based on your level, needs and equipment availability.
