Intermediate Series
We recommend intermediate series participants have a base of technique in push, pull, hinge, squat, lunge and rotational movements with kettlebells specifically (these are all covered in our beginner program). Intermediate programs are a great place to start if you have limited experience lifting and want to follow a written program vs. video.
All intermediate program classes follow a specific cadence, requiring repetition of each class twice (directions are given in the program description). Most intermediate programs last 10-12 weeks on a x3-4 day-per-week session cadence and cover total body strength.
After completing all intermediate series programs, move on to the current Bell Up Studio mixed-level program or the advanced series.
